Kia ora, Talofa lava, malo lelei, Namaste and greeting whanau, over the past month our days are getting hotter and outdoor exploration has been on our tamariki minds!Playing outside gives your child the chance to explore the natural environment and have adventures. They can play favourite games, test her physical limits, express themselves and strengthen self-confidence. Physical activities like these are good for his health, fitness and physical development.Outdoor play can also mean more mess – and more mess often means more fun!

Every day, we have an abundance of excited screams wanting to go outside and embrace the playground, but our tamariki cannot be explorers without a potai (hat) to keep them safe from the sun! Please remember to pack your tamariki the appropriate clothing for the summer conditions! This also encourages our tamariki to take responsibility for their belongings and ensure they have everything they need to enjoy their day at our centre.
