Kia Ora to all our tamariki and whanau!
During the last 3 months of 2020 we have continued to make the Kids Count philosophy more visible through our tamariki's learning and our Kaiako's teaching practice. Social competence and contribution were our monthly focus where our tamariki participated in lots of fun learning activities. This has helped to build relationships and social skills where our tamariki are also learning to share and take turns.
We had our Christmas whanau event in December where we were able to catch up with our parents and share the progress of their tamariki. During this festive season, our tamariki engaged in arts and crafts and made their own Christmas tree from big empty boxes, paint and decorations. Santa also popped in for a visit and to hand out gifts to our lovely tamariki.
